As we continue to grow were seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to shape and lead our marketing strategy in the highly competitive online entertainment market. Were looking for someone with a proven track record of developing original large-scale brand campaigns with deep insight into Portugal and Portuguese consumers.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year as an HR Manager Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.

Language Skills:

  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent Portuguese

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong Excel skills including formulas pivot tables and reference functions

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent time management multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive creative and capable of suggesting process improvements and taking initiative

Would Be a Plus

  • Previous experience working in an IT company
  • Background or training in Human Resources or Talent Management

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support all administrative and HR-related functions to ensure smooth daily operations of the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records contracts and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support the HR department in recruitment processes including posting job ads scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure that health safety and workplace policies are current and properly implemented.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining a comfortable efficient and well-equipped workspace including ordering furniture supplies and managing deliveries.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Handle office budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives including in-house or off-site activities such as team-building events celebrations and meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements (transportation and accommodation) for staff and visitors.

Provide ad-hoc administrative and HR support as needed contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.
