Job Summary

Human Resources (HR)
  • Employee Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records (personnel files contracts leave etc.) within the HRMS/HRIS system.

    • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g. headcount attrition leave balances) for management.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads screening resumes and coordinating/scheduling interviews.

    • Prepare and issue new hire documentation including offer letters and employment contracts.

    • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Payroll & Benefits Support:

    • Collect and verify monthly attendance and leave data for accurate payroll processing.

    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits (e.g. health insurance PF/ESI/statutory compliance).

    • Process and manage full and final settlements for exiting employees.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.

    • Assist in drafting communicating and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

    • Coordinate performance management cycles and maintain relevant documentation.

    • Manage the employee exit process including conducting exit interviews and issuing relieving letters.
