Role:

Master & Digital Data Management (MDDM) team is a newly established practice and one of the fastest growing businesses in the company. As part of this Practice the ideal candidate needs to work towards managing and supporting various Master data management projects (Master Data Operation Data Migration Data Governance SAP MDG Data Quality Process/Continuous Improvement etc.) Capability development Internal Tool/Platform development etc. The potential candidate should bring in the experience of using best-in-class tools including Infosys proprietary ones to solve the customer problem statement. This individual will partner with Master Data team members to recommend solutions to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

• Min. 10-15 years of professional experience in Master Data Management domain.

• Experience in managing Master Data management Projects (requirement gathering assessment blue printing/design implementation transformation)

• Designing strong solutions for Master Data management based on domain knowledge and hands-on experience in various MDM tools.

• Proven cleansing and maintenance experience of these MDM data domains such as Customer Vendor Material and Finance.

• Develop and execute data migration projects including mapping documents data extraction transformation and loading (ETL LTMC etc.).

• Strong knowledge of SAP data structures tables SQL and data migration processes.

• SAP Functional knowledge understanding overall SAP system structure & Tables and relationships.

• Multi-tasking Master Data Expert & Development opportunities within MDM services.

• Should have a detailed understanding and knowledge on Master Data Governance process and tool.

• MDM Strategy & Data Cleansing Strategy Development Data harmonization and Data Cleansing management.

• Provide functional requirements for development of governance workflow process development

• Developing/ participating in new solutions tools methodologies strategies in growing MDDM Practice

• Work with cross-functional teams business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and facilitate data management and migration.

• Should be able to drive a project implementation from Due diligence to the final signoff from the client and should also maintain the SLAs on an agreed upon basis.

• Excellent presentation effective communication and maintaining professional relations with the Client and internal Infosys stakeholders.

• Represent the company in key client presentations across the globe to explain the different elements of the solution - value proposition business benefits commercial models etc.

• Project collaboration: Work effectively both independent and as a member of cross-functional teams.

Skills:

• 10- 15 years experience in the Master Data Management domain Vendor Material Product Customer Finance Pricing etc.

• Good experience in Data Migration SAP MDG and MDM operation.

• Build & design Solution (commercial offers) for other Master Data opportunities like Data Operations Data Quality Data Cleansing & Enrichment projects with the strong components of Digital Transformation etc.

• Participate in capability discussions with potential clients within the subject of Master Data Governance.

• Developing/ participating in new solutions tools methodologies strategies in growing MDDM Practice

• Excellent Data analysis and interpretation skills proven skills in Excel modeling & analysis

• Strong story-telling skills to deliver recommendations from data analysis proven skills in PowerPoint in a business-case presentation context

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills presentation skills

• Ability to bring decisions for their functional area to data domain owners and ability to influence across business/functional areas.

• Self-motivated and takes ownership Interpersonal Skills and thought leadership
