Job Summary

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management Consultant

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Noida/Chennai/Bengaluru/Pune

The ideal candidate should have 6 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management. The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries preferably in mid/large size organization

You will

  1. Investigate analyze and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  2. Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with SF Succession Management capabilities.
  3. Translate business needs into system configurations creating solution designs that adhere to best practices.
  4. Lead data migration initiatives including understanding client requirements defining data quality rules and providing migration recommendations.
  5. Manage system configuration refresh and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.
  6. Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  7. Oversee system cutover go-live activities and provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
  8. Experienced in Story Reporting is mandatory.
  9. Experience with Integration of SF Succession Management with other SF Modules.

 

Your skills

  1. Active/valid certified Succession Management professional.
  2. Bachelors degree/ masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  3. Proven experience with SF Succession Management including data migration reporting and experience in end-to-end implementations.
  4. Expertise in consulting with global organizations on Succession Management best practices.
  5. Knowledge in Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Skill & Competency Management Personal Development Plan (PDP) also called as Goal Management Job Profile Builder (JPB) Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Succession Story Reporting and Integration.
  6. Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal/written/presentation)
  7. Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset
  8. Strong customer focus with excellent communication presentation and conflict resolution skills.
  9. Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.
  10. Independent responsible and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative.
  11. Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment. 
  12. Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus.

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
