About the Role
We are looking for a friendly proactive Help Desk Support Intern to assist users who face issues while using our product. You will act as the first point of contact for customer queries helping resolve concerns and ensuring a smooth user experience.
The ideal candidate is patient organized and enjoys building positive customer relationships while learning how customer success contributes to long-term business growth
What Youll Do
- Manage and maintain the customer database of MagicSlides and CRM for accuracy segmentation and engagement
- Make cold calls onboarding calls and follow-ups with new and existing users
- Handle queries across email chat website and phone professionally and promptly
- Ensure customer retention through regular check-ins education and value-driven follow-ups
- Track support metrics: response time query resolution follow-up rate
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on user behavior
- Communicate bugs feedback and user insights to product/tech teams
- Keep internal records and CRM up to date no loose ends
What Were Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident on calls structured in follow-ups and proactive in communication
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot Freshdesk Notion Google Sheets etc.
- Organized process-driven and detail-oriented
