Role: Hospitality Intern

Location: Various 4-Star and 5-Star Hotels across India (Specific location disclosed upon confirmation)

Key Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Intern you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of your assigned department which includes:

• Assisting departmental staff in delivering exceptional guest services.
  

• Learning standard operating procedures (SOPs) and departmental workflows.
  

• Participating in training sessions and team meetings.
  

• Upholding the hotels commitment to quality grooming and discipline standards.
  

• Executing tasks as assigned by the departmental head or mentor.

Eligibility

This internship is open to students currently pursuing a Hotel Management or Hospitality course.

Work Schedule

• Work Hours: 910 hours per day.
  

• Weekly Off: 1 weekly off will be provided. (As per Hotel)
  

Grooming & Discipline

All interns are expected to adhere strictly to the high grooming hygiene and professional discipline standards of the host 4-star and 5-star hotels. This includes following hotel uniform and appearance guidelines at all times.

Selection Process

The selection for this highly sought-after internship involves a short interview process. The interview will assess the candidates passion for hospitality readiness for the professional environment and communication skills.

• Step 3: Final confirmation and hotel placement.
  

Placement Fee

There is a nominal placement fee of 5000. This fee is payable ONLY AFTER your internship with the 4-star or 5-star hotel has been officially confirmed.
