Job Description

Job Title - COBOL Support Engineer

Experience - 4- 10 Years

Location - Chennai/ Bangalore/ Pune

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:-

Provide end-to-end testing support for backend and frontend systems ensuring smooth integration and functionality across environments.
Collaborate with frontend development teams to identify and resolve environment-related issues affecting client testing timelines.
Monitor and support file transmissions including performing replay and retransmission of files as needed to maintain data integrity.
Ensure all client service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently during testing and support operations.
Work closely with QA development and infrastructure teams to maintain stable and reliable test environments.
