Job Summary

Were looking for an Area Manager for one of our clients which is one of the leaders in fashion retail in Europe.

The scope of the role is to be the primary person responsible for the Hungarian retail operations.

Description :

Managing and overseeing the performance of multiple retail stores across Budapest and 2 other cities in Hungary.
Proactively driving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and ensuring the effective functioning of each store.
Responsible for budget control and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Nurturing employee growth and development through tailored training and coaching programs.
Conducting regular and insightful market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Upholding and enhancing the brands positive image through exceptional customer service and retail standards.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Area Manager within the fashion industry.
A proven track record of actively engaging customers and achieving outstanding sales results.
Higher education in a relevant field.
Proficiency in both English and Hungarian.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
Knowledge of Hungarian labor laws.
A high level of target-oriented effectiveness and the ability to initiate and work independently.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting key sales indicators.
A keen understanding of and commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
