Core Responsibilities

  • Technical Management:Define and specify activities processes and standards to meet quality requirements for services or manufactured materials components or products.
  • Process Development:Ongoing development and optimization of working processes and standards leveraging LEAN and LEGO Continuous Improvement Program.
  • Root Cause Analysis:Lead analyses troubleshoot assessments and implement robust solutions to enhance production efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current production platforms future roadmaps and customer needs.
  • Risk Mitigation:Ensure appropriate risk mitigation and innovative solutions through professional expertise.
  • Continuous Improvement:Drive improvement activities across the value chain to achieve productivity efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Capability Building:Combine innovation with best practices to drive core deliverables.
  • Support and Mentorship:Support less experienced colleagues and facilitate training programs on new equipment.
  • Resource Management:Ensure the right balance of resource management versus task complexity.
  • Reporting:Communicate technical findings and report on operational KPIs containment and corrective actions.
  • Team Collaboration:Engage with colleagues challenge and discuss technical solutions.

The Process Engineering organization is to build robust connections between the design team and the electronics manufacturing sites (internal and external). This area not only facilitates the introduction of new products by developing necessary manufacturing systems but also manages and supports the existing Tech Element portfolio in mass production. The organization actively collaborates with electronics manufacturing sites (internal and external) and key component suppliers hereby working with the relevant internal stakeholders.

Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelors degree or above in Engineering especially in mechatronics or electrical engineering.
  • Proven 5 years of technical management experience in a consumer electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Solid knowledge of stakeholder management and industrial mechatronics manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in Six Sigma/analytical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative holistic view and advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
