The Senior Executive Assistant / Business Manager provides high-level executive support while playing a critical role in coordinating business operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars meetings travel and correspondence with discretion and accuracy.
Support planning execution and follow-up of executive and business priorities.
Prepare reports presentations briefs and meeting summaries for leadership use.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across operations customer service and external partners.
Track key initiatives timelines and deliverables; ensure accountability and follow-through.
Support day-to-day business operations and process improvement initiatives.
Assist with budget tracking expense monitoring and basic financial coordination.
Act as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of leadership.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
58 years experience in a senior executive support operations or business management role.
Strong understanding of business operations and workflow coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently manage ambiguity and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
