Role: Telecaller – Collections
Location: Delhi (Karol Bagh)
CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA
Experience:
• 12th Pass – Minimum 2 Years
• Graduate – Minimum 6 Months
Languages Mandatory: Malayalam Kannada Telugu Tamil
About the Role:
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling collection calls for Mortgage customers ensuring timely follow-ups customer coordination and resolution of overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound collection calls to mortgage customers
• Follow up on overdue payments and commitments
• Maintain accurate calling records and customer responses
• Coordinate with field collection teams when required
• Ensure adherence to calling protocols and compliance norms
• Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to seniors
• Support portfolio regularisation and recovery efforts
