Role Overview:
The Field Collections Executive will be responsible for managing on-ground collections for business loan customers within an assigned territory in South India. (Chennai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru)
The role involves regular field visits customer engagement recovery of overdue amounts and coordination with internal teams in Mumbai to ensure portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorous follow-up on assigned cases to ensure timely recovery and closure of outstanding amounts
- On-ground visits to customers for payment follow-ups and resolution discussions
- Coordination with exporters buyers and internal teams for effective collection
- Tracking and updating collection status in internal systems and trackers
- Identifying early signs of stress and escalating cases as required
- Supporting settlement and resolution discussions as per approval
- Assisting in legal and recovery processes including documentation support
