Role Overview Abi Groups is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone explaining company products/services and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities -
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.

Explain and promote company products/services clearly and confidently.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with interested customers and close sales effectively.

Maintain accurate records of calls leads and conversions.

Handle customer queries and provide basic after-sales support.

Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth process flow.
Skills & Requirements -
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Persuasive and confident phone handling skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
