Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The Account Coordinator is responsible for managing client accounts and supporting real estate operations through accurate contract preparation billing coordination and client communication. This role requires strong knowledge of real estate documentation property insurance and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth transactions and long-term client relationships. The Account Coordinator works closely with sales legal and finance teams to maintain organized records compliance and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare review and manage real estate legal contracts agreements amendments and related documentation.

  • Coordinate contract execution processes ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with legal and company standards.

  • Maintain client records contracts and transaction details using CRM systems ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

  • Handle billing coordination invoicing payment tracking and reconciliation related to real estate transactions.

  • Support documentation and verification of property and real estate insurance requirements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients responding to inquiries and providing updates on contract and account status.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales legal finance operations) to ensure seamless account management.

  • Track contract timelines renewals and compliance requirements to avoid delays or lapses.

  • Prepare reports and summaries related to accounts contracts billing and client activity for management review.

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal and financial information.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Account Coordinator Contracts Coordinator or similar role in real estate is preferred.

  • Knowledge of real estate contracts property insurance and billing processes.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and document management tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing experience.

  • High attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
