About the Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative youll be the voice of a trusted brandhelping customers get the most out of their products. Youll work remotely from Greece supporting German-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
Your daily tasks:
- Communicating through various channels (email chat and phone) to address product or service questions
- Advising customers on the proper use of their home appliances
- Handling customer concerns efficiently clarifying needs and finding solutions
- Processing refunds exchanges and orders
- Following up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
What Youll Need
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
- Good English communication skills (B2)
- Strong verbal and written communication with active listening skills
- Comfortable using basic technology and software tools
- A positive solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to relocate to Greece within 4 weeks of receiving an offer
Nice to have:
- Previous customer support or troubleshooting experience
- Experience in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry
