Role: Child & Family Practitioner Foster & Kinship Care
Office Location: Anderson Street Manunda (Cairns)
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
Remuneration: $91965 $% superannuation
In this role you will deliver high-quality casework support and supervision to children and young people in family-based care including Foster and Kinship Care.
You will work closely with carers children and young people government agencies and community partners to develop implement and review individualised care plans.
The role is vital in promoting placement stability meeting Queensland standards of care and prioritising the safety wellbeing and cultural needs of children and young people.
