Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for digital marketing and IT services across international markets (primarily the US and Canada).
  • Develop and execute advanced sales strategies pitch frameworks and go-to-market plans
  • for high-value clients.
  • Leverage deep understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO SEM PPC Social Media ORM Programmatic etc.) to consult and sell effectively.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
  • Lead client discussions deliver compelling presentations negotiate contracts and close deals with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify new market trends partnership opportunities and expansion areas to maximize revenue potential.
  • Represent the organization at networking events webinars and industry forums to strengthen market visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • 1. 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing/IT services domain.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset high energy and a target-driven approach with a history of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Exceptional sales negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision- makers.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities capable of handling multiple priorities and long sales cycles.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing services (SEO PPC Social Media Programmatic etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
