Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for digital marketing and IT services across international markets (primarily the US and Canada).
- Develop and execute advanced sales strategies pitch frameworks and go-to-market plans
- for high-value clients.
- Leverage deep understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO SEM PPC Social Media ORM Programmatic etc.) to consult and sell effectively.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Lead client discussions deliver compelling presentations negotiate contracts and close deals with a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new market trends partnership opportunities and expansion areas to maximize revenue potential.
- Represent the organization at networking events webinars and industry forums to strengthen market visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1. 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing/IT services domain.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset high energy and a target-driven approach with a history of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Exceptional sales negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision- makers.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities capable of handling multiple priorities and long sales cycles.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing services (SEO PPC Social Media Programmatic etc.) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
