Job Summary
We currently have an exciting Sales Manager opportunity available for a dynamic and forward thinking retail leader to join our friendly team!
The successful candidate will complete comprehensive training across our North Island branches and spend some time in our Auckland Support Office before stepping into the role of Sales Manager for our brand-new JB Hi-Fi Tauriko location opening first half of 2026.
You will be responsible for leading a unified team that delivers sales service merchandising and maintains operational standards across all product categories.
The main responsibilities include leadership team building and development planning merchandising budgeting and inventory control. You must be a natural leader and team player!
Our success has been based on our people who are passionate and committed to doing their best.
JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.
