- Manage full-cycle recruiting/sourcing networking and interviewing process with a focus on front-line staff.
- Set appropriate sourcing strategy for immediate and future candidate pools.
- Accountable for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience from first point of contact through onboarding.
- Manage applicant flow within ATS; source screen resumes/candidates coordinate interviews (may include travel hotel accommodations) prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical information interview schedule and other information as needed.
- Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process verify references prepare offers and issue offer letters.
- Create and maintain tracking of requisitions open position reports and assist with understanding of influencers to retention shifts in the recruiting marketplace etc.
- Knowledge of and experience with multiple recruitment tools to build strong candidate pools including LinkedIn Indeed job boards and networking.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals and appropriately vet same.
- Develop relationships with local Universities for entry-level and intern candidates; initiate organize and participate in sponsored job/career fairs and on-campus events as applicable.
- Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased compliant with EEOC regulations company recruitment policies and on-boarding processes. Will also facilitate interviewing and hiring best practices policies and laws.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; ability to handle multiple tasks prioritize them and carry them out independently.
- Provide top-notch customer service at all times to all parties involved committed to a customer centric work approach.

Qualifications :
Level of Formal Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
Area of Study: Communications Human Resources or Psychology preferred
Years of Experience: 3 years
Type of Experience: Full cycle recruiting experience and one year in a corporate environment healthcare hospitality or seniors housing preferred.
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak read write and communicate with all others.
Technical Competencies: Strong in Microsoft Office and experience in Applicant Tracking System
