Job Description # 1 - Lead HRSS (Compensation & Benefits Specialist)

We are looking for a high-potential Compensation & Benefits Lead to strategically design manage and optimize the total rewards portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring highly competitive pay structures rigorous statutory compliance and strategic alignment of reward programs with talent acquisition and retention goals. The lead will drive market analysis and system configuration for global compensation processes.

This role requires working in night shifts with rotational weekly offs and is based out of our Chennai office (work from office).

Key Responsibilities & Tool Command:

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Conduct comprehensive global compensation benchmarking and internal equity reviews utilizing specialized market data platforms such as Mercer to inform pay band structures and salary increase budgets.
  • System Configuration & Administration: Administer compensation structures benefits enrollment and incentive plans directly within the core HRIS/C&B platforms including mandatory experience with ADP and HiBob for benefits and total rewards statements.
  • Advanced Data Modeling: Design and model compensation structures and incentive plans (variable pay bonuses) to ensure market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure absolute compliance with all local compensation regulations and statutory benefits requirements providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
  • C&B Analytics: Prepare deep-dive compensation analytics and executive reports to support leadership decision-making on pay equity budget allocation and reward strategy effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 57 years of progressive experience in Global Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards with direct responsibility for system administration and market data analysis.
  • Mandatory experience leveraging professional C&B tools specifically Mercer data and system administration within a major HRIS like HiBob or ADP.
  • Masters degree in HR Business Administration or Finance preferred.

  • Strong Analytical Acumen: Advanced ability to perform statistical analysis compensation modeling and interpret complex market data (e.g. Mercer data) to drive strategic decisions.

  • Excellent Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate complex C&B programs clearly and confidently to employees management and executive stakeholders.

  • Financial Modeling: Proficiency in budget forecasting and modeling the financial impact of various compensation and benefit scenarios.

Job Description # 2 - Lead HRSS (HR Admin Lead)

This role drives the operational excellence and compliance of all HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire). The Lead will establish rigorous process governance mentor the HR Admin team and champion the utilization of specialized HR technology to deliver a superior highly compliant employee experience.

This role requires working in night shifts with rotational weekly offs and is based out of our Chennai office (work from office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management & Governance: Design implement and govern robust processes for all HR lifecycle events (onboarding transfers exits etc.) ensuring data accuracy and audit trail readiness.
  • HRIS Knowledge: Ensure flawless execution of administrative tasks and meticulous data integrity within the primary HRIS platform HiBob.
  • Compliance & Administration Tool Oversight: Directly manage and mentor the teams use of specialized administrative and compliance tools including Navex (ethics/compliance) Oracle (ERP integrations) and document management/workflow automation systems like Esker and SURICATO.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for and drive the implementation of process automation within the HR Admin domain to eliminate manual touchpoints and enhance transaction speed.
  • Complex Case Resolution: Serve as the senior escalation point for highly complex or sensitive HR Admin cases ensuring compliance and swift resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 57 years of progressive HR administration or HR operations experience with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
  • Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms is mandatory with specific experience in HiBob and familiarity with corporate governance/workflow tools (Navex Esker).
  • Degree in HR Commerce or Business Administration.

This strategic role is responsible for transforming raw HR data into predictive and prescriptive business intelligence driving data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. The Analytics Lead will serve as the subject matter expert in HR data governance data integrity advanced modeling and the creation of high-impact executive dashboards.

This role requires working in night shifts with rotational weekly offs and is based out of our Chennai office (work from office).

Key Responsibilities & Tool Command:

  • Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis on critical workforce trends (e.g. attrition prediction cost-per-hire optimization diversity metrics) and provide actionable strategic insights to executive leadership.
  • Executive Dashboard Creation: Design develop and maintain high-quality dynamic Executive MIS dashboards and reports using industry-leading visualization tools including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Data Sourcing & Integrity: Extract validate and cleanse large complex HR datasets from multiple source systems including Hibob Analytics PeopleStrong CHRONOS (ASYS) and other designated All data sources.
  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous data governance standards ensuring consistency accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) across all HR reporting platforms.
  • Strategic Reporting: Deliver time-sensitive high-stakes quarterly and annual reports on key strategic metrics such as workforce productivity organizational health and the ROI of HR programs.

Qualifications:

  • 58 years of progressive experience in HR Analytics Business Intelligence or HRIS.
  • Mandatory advanced proficiency in HRIS Analytics tool and mastery of data visualization and reporting using Power BI and/or Tableau.

  • ATS Governance & Management: Serve as the functional owner and expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) overseeing configuration user training and optimization across platforms such as HiBob Orangetree and TeamTailer.
