Job Summary

Core sourcing experience
Proven track record in closing niche and super-niche skills from Lateral to Exec positions
Recruitment process design
Adaptability and flexibility
Problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies for high-impact niche roles.
Build and manage pipelines of candidates using outbound sourcing research and creative outreach methods.
Identify passive talent through Boolean searches social platforms communities and competitive mapping.
Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring strategy and decision-making.
Create outreach messages that reflect the brand and attract qualified candidates.
Maintain candidate data and track it in the ATS.
Contribute to inclusive hiring practices.
Sourcing highly technical niche or super-niche candidates in dynamic environments.
Proficient with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Internal Database etc.).
Strong communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to candidate quality and
