Position Overview:
AECOM is seeking an experienced EHS Auditor to conduct comprehensive audits across supplier and manufacturing facilities within the electronics semiconductor and technology supply-chain sectors. This role demands a keen expertise in environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and standards ensuring that suppliers meet both local and global compliance requirements. The successful candidate will lead regulatory assessments perform gap analyses and develop corrective action plans to support continuous improvement.
Preferred Requirements:
Comprehensive EHS Audits
Conduct thorough EHS audits for suppliers and manufacturing facilities focusing on the electronics semiconductor and technology sectors.
Evaluate supplier performance against global standards such as ISO 14001 ISO 45001 RBA ESRS and ESG requirements.
Regulatory Compliance & Assessments
Lead and support regulatory compliance assessments identifying gaps and recommending corrective action plans.
Provide technical guidance to suppliers to enhance their EHS programs operational controls and documentation.
Audit Methodology & Reporting
Develop tailored EHS audit protocols checklists and reporting formats to meet specific client and regulatory needs.
Prepare high-quality audit reports including detailed findings risk ratings and recommendations for improvement.
Technical and Cross-Functional Support
Support clients with EHS risk assessments emergency preparedness reviews and the development of management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Operations Supply Chain Sustainability and Complianceto ensure integrated project delivery.
Training Awareness and Business Development
Conduct EHS trainings and awareness sessions for supplier teams and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to business development efforts by providing input for proposals and offering thought leadership on EHS best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Science Engineering Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
Additional Information :
A minimum of 58 years of professional EHS experience with at least 3 years focused on EHS auditing.
Demonstrated experience within the electronics semiconductor or technology manufacturing sectors.
Proven hands-on expertise with EHS management systems and compliance frameworks such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
