Job Summary

Prioritize and manage Quality and HSE department activities and workload to support the strategic goals of the company.

Collaborate with senior leadership Site Leaders Quality and HSE Managers and other departments to align process improvement and QHSE initiatives with organizational goals and objectives ensuring strategic alignment and driving a culture of continuous improvement across multiple sites. Manage multiple priorities and projects to support the achievement of both site-level and Global/Regional Manager objectives.

Manage the ISO 9001::2015 & 45001:2018 certification process.

Oversee external and internal audits (including ISO and or other third-party audits)

Lead in conjunction with  Site Leadership. Drive and manage internal and external HSE audits for assigned sites and manage the reports in PRISM.

Manage quality control activities and drive continuous improvement.

Manage external and internal incidents non-conformities and ensure proper RCA is done corrective/preventive actions executed.

Analyze COPQ and drive continuous improvement.

Manage the calibration of the measurement tools.

Support the Supplier Audit evaluation and their performance to improve the product outcome

Coordinate and development the necessary projects to improve the quality management system.

Support the development of the quality management system to manage regulatory compliance.

Lead continuous improvement teams using Lean and Six Sigma tools using the following tools: Value Stream Mapping Flow Chart  FMEA Control Plans Pareto Analysis Cause and Effect Diagrams 5 whys Error Proofing etc.

Complete HSE reporting for HSE programs and incidents in Smiths/JC database. Drive the sites incident management program including incident classification investigation and creating actions.

Support assigned site(s) in planning and execution of Safety Leading Indicator program activities

Develop safety programs based on incident and audit trends to reduce workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

Ensure site training program addresses gaps in knowledge.  Develop programs to improve Site Leadership and employee understanding of QHSE programs and cultures.

Support the review and management of the Contractor Safety Management and Work Permit Program as required to ensure a safe work environment.  Ensure Emergency Management Practices are robust and properly tested and understood.

Collaborate with peers and other employees to align QHSE and company objectives across working groups. Drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications :

Bachelors in Engineering (Quality Management Industrial Mechanical or Manufacturing Preferred)

6 years experience in QHSE in a similar Role

Knowledgeable and demonstrated experience in managing the ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001 and 45001 Certification.

Demonstrated experience in problem-solving.

Effective written verbal and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to use data to drive continuous improvement.

Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.

Must be detail-oriented and a team player.

Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Some operating experience with SAP;

Must be flexible in work duties and schedule.

Strong knowledge of QHSE management principles and best practices.

Proactive.

Demonstrated skills must include strong written and oral communication creative problem solving process improvement conflict resolution and process deployment administration and change management.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong knowledge of local state and federal HSE regulations

Experience in Oil & Gas companies would be a plus

Auditor qualification according to ISO 19011 would be a plus;

Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification would be a plus
