About the role
Youll look after our private and public cloud platforms making sure the systems behind our enterprise applications are stable secure and running smoothly. Day to day this includes system admin monitoring incident response security and compliance plus using automation to make things more efficient. Youll also support disaster recovery planning patching and keep documentation up to date. Youll work closely with teams across the business with occasional afterhours or oncall support as needed.
Salary range $93140 $114552 plus super and on call allowance.

Key responsibilities
Resolve tickets manage incidents and escalate complex issues while ensuring compliance.
Maintain reliable infrastructure across onprem and cloud through system administration monitoring and security practices.
Lift efficiency using automation scripting patching configuration management and disaster recovery planning.
Work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders on system updates and performance.

Skills & experience
Tertiary qualification or industry-technology certification.
Understanding of cloud virtualisation networking and storage principles.
Experience operating enterprise IT environments.
Familiarity operating in IT Service Management.
Ability to prioritise work follow established processes and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
