advanced technologies data and human insights. Our end-to-end mobile app and web
development takes a user-centered design approach to achieve intuitive and effective customer
experiences.
Your Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Tech Lead - Full Stack to join our talented team. You will be
leading the Web team which sits within a larger development team of 35 whilst also working
closely with UX Visual Design Product Designers and Project Managers.
As a Tech Lead you will deliver results by:
- Providing technical leadership across the full stack (.NET React Cloud)
- Leading solution design and contributing to architectural decisions
- Coaching and mentoring developers through guidance and code reviews
- Ensuring high standards of code quality performance and security
- Solving complex problems and support delivery teams
- Working with a highly collaborative can-do approach within and outside the immediate teams

Your Experience:
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Experience leading or guiding development teams in a technical capacity
- Solid commercial experience in developing Web applications Core and React
- Solid experience in microservices API and contract driven design and development
- Created enterprise-scale applications with complex workflow
- Strong understanding of Cloud providers (AWS / Azure) capabilities serverless
- computing and scalability concepts (e.g. Load Balancer API Gateways
- Lambda/Functions etc.) as well as general web technologies such as DNS SSL etc.
- Understanding of microservice architectures and deployment of micro services using
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience delivering responsive applications
- Passionate about developing in HTML5 / CSS3 / SASS / LESS
- Fluent with JavaScript (ES5/ES6)
- Experienced in Front End frameworks such as React Vue Angular
- Conduct constructive code-reviews
- Experienced and comfortable working within an Agile Environment
