Job Summary

TO: BPS and Brockton Community MembersFROM: Dr. Kathleen F. Moran Executive Director of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: PROMISE College and Career Academy (PCCA) Codification Team. PROMISE College and Career Academy is seeking collaborative and innovative professionals to join the PROMISE Codification Team. This team will work together to review refine and codify the existing instructional school model elements. Building a strong foundational framework team members will make thoughtful enhancements and develop a comprehensive codification plan that includes detailed documentation tools and resources to support consistency scalability and long-term efforts will center around three key focus areas:Rigorous and Purposeful Learning ExperiencesCollege and Career PlanningCommunity and Business PartnershipsWhile each area will have dedicated attention eighteen (18) team members may be assigned to cross-functional groups to ensure diverse perspectives and integrated thinking across the end of the school year the team will produce a final multifaceted actionable codification package that reflects the schools mission and vision. QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise in one of the following areas:Curriculum design with a strong emphasis on developing project-based learning experiences and creating authentic student-centered experiential learning opportunities that foster inquiry relevance and academic comprehensive Post-Secondary Success Plans for high school students that integrate both college preparation and workforce readiness including advising systems milestone tracking and access to real-world planning and managing career-connected learning pathways including structured opportunities for job shadowing internships mentorships and work-based learning aligned to student interests and local workforce with Transformative Learning Experiences (TLEs) to collaborate 10 hours per month including nights and : $3000 stipendFUNDING SOURCE: Barr Foundation
