Job Summary
Are you a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role in a supportive and high-performing secondary school A well-established school in Birmingham is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion and support team from January 2026. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people reach their full academic and personal potential.
About the Role:
A full-time permanent role supporting KS3KS4 in the classroom. You will work alongside teachers to support learning behaviour and engagement deliver small-group interventions provide one-to-one assistance where needed and help create an inclusive learning environment.
