A growing secondary school in South Yorkshire is seeking a reliable and organised Finance & HR Assistant to join its business support team from January 2026.
This role supports both financial operations and people management working closely with senior leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
The Role
You will support the schools finance and HR functions including:
Processing purchase orders invoices and reconciliations
Supporting budget monitoring and reporting
Maintaining staff records and recruitment documentation
Assisting with payroll preparation and HR correspondence
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
