Job Summary

Are you a detail-oriented and organised HR Assistant looking to join a professional and supportive school team A successful secondary school in Derby is seeking an HR Assistant to join their efficient and friendly HR department from January 2026.

This full-time permanent post includes supporting recruitment managing staff files processing safeguarding and DBS checks assisting with absence monitoring maintaining HR records and handling onboarding documentation.
