With cutting-edge 12K 3D and 360 streaming technology and a global portfolio of premium rights we bring live events to life in an authentic and immersive way across all leading VR platforms.

As Senior Sales Performance Manager you will drive revenue growth and scale sales performance across European markets on our digital platform. You will own the entire sales funnel end-to-end and work closely with Marketing which drives awareness while you focus on conversion revenue and scalable sales performance across European markets.

Tasks

Your Role

You are a sales-driven professional with a strong performance mindset and hands-on experience selling digital paid content to end customers. You take full ownership of the sales funnel and actively shape scalable data-driven sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the sales funnel including lead qualification nurturing and closing via digital sales channels
  • Driving conversion revenue and overall funnel performance in close collaboration with Marketing
  • Building and scaling repeatable sales processes across multiple European markets
  • Identifying targeting and converting customer segments within sports and entertainment
  • Developing compelling sales narratives value propositions and nurturing journeys
  • Monitoring analyzing and optimizing sales KPIs to continuously improve performance
  • Leading and developing a small sales team (2 people) with clear revenue responsibility

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in digital sales of paid content (subscriptions PPV ticketing or similar) ideally within sports or entertainment
  • Proven international sales experience with a strong focus on European markets
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels and a highly data-driven working style
  • Strong closing mentality with clear revenue and performance accountability
  • Hands-on attitude combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading small teams and taking ownership of end-customer revenue
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Fluent in English and German

We strongly prefer candidates with direct end-customer sales responsibility over agency-based client service experience.
