We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales to join our Adobe CXO business with focus on FSI based ideally in Frankfurt area or in one of our Adobe offices (Munich or Hamburg).
As Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales you will lead our strategic FSI accounts within Adobe CXO. Youll manage and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs drive revenue growth and collaborate closely across Adobes matrix organization to deliver value and uncover new opportunities.
What Youll Do
Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs
Own Adobes top FSI industry accounts driving growth and retention
Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities
Collaborate across Solution Sales and CXO teams to execute GTM strategy
Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management
Drive customer adoption QBRs and value realization initiatives
What You Bring
experienced in leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles)
10 years in direct SaaS software sales (software services a plus)
Proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI
Experience with complex enterprise-level sales cycles
Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development
Excellent communication skills in English and German
