Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced API Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET Core and Azure Integration Services to design develop and manage scalable integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure high-performance APIs and aligning API strategy with business objectives particularly within the Insurance domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design develop and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs using C# and Core.
Lead and manage API developers and platform engineers including workload planning and prioritization.
Architect and oversee integration solutions using Azure API Management Azure Functions Logic Apps Service Bus and Event Grid.
Define and enforce API governance documentation standards (Swagger/OpenAPI) and API lifecycle management.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Ensure API security and compliance including OAuth 2.0 JWT and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize API performance using Azure Monitor Application Insights and Log Analytics.
Collaborate with solution architects business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align API strategy with business goals.

Experience Requirements

Total Experience: 5 years
Relevant Experience: 3 5 years in API development and Azure Integration Services

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET Core
Expertise in API development
Solid experience with Azure Integration Services

Desired Skills

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Azure SQL and Cosmos DB
Proficiency in Entity Framework Core
Understanding of microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes (Azure AKS)
Proven experience in technical team leadership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
