Primary job title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote (India) Duration: 6 months Stipend: INR 5000/month
Role & Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities: source screen and shortlist candidates for open roles across technical and non-technical functions.
- Use LinkedIn job portals and Boolean search techniques to build targeted candidate pipelines and passive talent pools.
- Coordinate interview scheduling candidate communications and feedback loops with hiring managers to maintain a smooth hiring experience.
- Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data quality and compliance with process standards.
- Draft job postings and candidate outreach messages; manage basic employer-branding tasks on social channels as needed.
- Prepare recruitment metrics and weekly reports to track sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire trends.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate record management
- Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and applying Boolean search strings
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Excel for reporting and coordination
- Strong written English for candidate outreach and documentation
- Organizational discipline to manage remote workflows and interview logistics
Preferred
- Prior internship or project experience in HR recruitment or campus hiring
- Familiarity with Zoho Recruit Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Exposure to employer branding or social recruiting initiatives
