Required Skills:
810 years of experience in warehouse operations preferably FMCG. Strong knowledge of WMS / ERP systems and inventory controls. Proven experience handling logistics vendors and transport operations. Hands-on experience managing large warehouse teams. Strong problem-solving planning and execution skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced high-volume environments. Inventory accuracy Order fulfillment TAT / OTIF Stock loss damage and expiry Warehouse operating cost per unit Vendor TAT and freight cost control Team productivity and attendance Joint Business Plan (JBP) Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Sales Planning Forecasting Sell-in / Sell-out offtake Visibility Planogram negotiations TOT Market Share
