About the Company

Our client serves as a connector between car dealerships and backend automotive products such as warranties service plans and theft-protection offerings. They partner with dealerships introduce high-value add-on products and earn a share of each successful sale. With a growing dealer list and rising demand theyre expanding their sales team with two experienced SDRs who can hit the ground running.

Role Overview

Were looking for highly driven Consultative Sales Representatives with strong cold-calling experience and a proven ability to book meetings in fast-paced outbound environments. Youll work independently across different time zones prospect NJ-based dealerships and manage your pipeline through a CRM system (Pipedrive preferred).

This is a role for self-starters there are no scripts no preset objection handling frameworks and no hand-holding. You will build your own rhythm refine your own talk tracks and execute confidently from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to car dealerships on the provided 2000 lead list
  • Book appointments and generate qualified opportunities for the business
  • Manage prospecting follow-ups and pipeline tracking through a CRM
  • Work independently within flexible time zones and maintain consistent daily activity
  • Develop your own talk tracks objections and outreach style
  • Self-source additional leads where relevant (not required but a strong advantage)
  • Provide feedback on lead quality patterns and improvements to the sales process

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with cold calling and appointment setting
  • Proven success booking meetings in a sales-driven outbound environment
  • Comfortable working independently managing your own output and time zones
  • CRM proficiency (Pipedrive preferred but open to alternatives)
  • Ability to thrive without scripts confident improvisation and objection handling
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to start fast with minimal onboarding
