Overview
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources Department in ensuring smooth efficient and well-organised HR operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination data accuracy reporting and providing day-to-day support to the HR team while upholding the values and standards of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records personnel files and HR databases.
- Support in managing leave records attendance and HR compliance documents.
2. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment tracking reports and maintain candidate files.
3. HR Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare regular HR reports (headcount turnover attendance OT probation review tracking etc.).
- Ensure HR data is accurate updated and aligned across all systems.
- Compile figures required for monthly HR dashboards and management presentations.
4. Employee Support & Coordination
- Assist employees with general HR enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate HR activities such as trainings briefings internal events and employee engagement.
- Support HR team in managing welfare programs uniform distribution and documentation.
5. General Coordination
- Work closely with retail stores and office departments to ensure smooth HR communication.
- Assist with HR filing documentation scanning and administrative support.
- Provide ad-hoc support to HR Manager and HR team as needed.

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Strong organisation skills attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

- Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
