Our partners are scaling fast and impactful promotion campaigns are key to accelerating growth. If youre a Promotion Executive who can plan execute and optimize campaigns that cut through the noise and drive real results across channels youll fit right in.

What Youll Be Crafting

Support daily promotions operations including promotion code creation campaign setup and request handling.
Coordinate with Marketing Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure promotions are launched smoothly and on time.
Track and manage campaign-related tasks coordinate closely with key stakeholders on timelines and deliverables and escalate potential risks or delays when needed.
Prepare campaign reports and basic performance analysis to support planning and optimization.
Support system-related tasks including updating CRM tools like Fasttrack and Smartico.
Assist with basic HTML tasks related to promotions or system setup when required.
Ensure tasks are executed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Your Superpowers

12 years of experience in a Project Executive Project Coordinator or Operations Support role.
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Project Management or a related field.
Strong awareness and sharp attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.
Working knowledge of CRM tools (Fasttrack Smartico) and basic HTML.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to collaborate across teams.
Proven adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
