*Coordinate customer visits & manage stamps and vehicles (所有相关到访参观工厂的客户群和供应商对接人的协调工作事宜)

*Canteen & dormitories (监督工厂内部食堂地区以及公司内部工作人员/外籍劳工人员的宿舍运营管理工作事宜)
*Manage monthly payments & cost optimization for factory utility bills including SAJ Ranhill water supply & TNB electricity services (工厂月度账单支付款项的工作流程管理及日常工厂的供水服务-SAJ水务局部门管理机构和电力供应服务-TNB电力服务管理机构的公共设备管理事项)
4. External Liaison (对接外联/政府机构部门相关工作) :
*Maintain relations with local government (与当地相关的政府部门机构并且建立良好的关系与关系维护)
*Coordinate on-site inspections for safety fire protection and environmental checks by government authorities (协调与政府部门的工地现场安全消防和环境检测工作流程)
*Manage crisis communication (与沟通上的风险与危机相关的妥善管理与处理事项)
*Handle certification & updates for the factory (一切与公司/工厂相关的商业注册与认证书管理事务并且相关文件提前/即时更新事宜)
Educational Requirements (学历要求) :
*Diploma or above with experience in administrative and human resources management (本科/大专或以上的学历并具备行政管理与人力资源管理的工作经验)
*Proficiency in Malay Chinese/Mandarin and English (熟连掌握并且流利沟通好中文英语和马来语)
