Job Description
Validate operational processes and controls are complete accurate effective and timely in accordance with internal and regulatory standard guidelines and procedures. Deliver succinct fact-based exception detail used to identify program issues defect trends and correct human error within documented established frequencies.
Perform routine to moderately complex testing and control assessment activities
Create comprehensive audit trails assessing and documenting appropriate test conclusions
Maintain thorough knowledge of the products policies operations and procedures related to the business unit
Good knowledge of federal state and local laws and regulations
Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Office applications
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically one to two years of relevant experience preferably in quality analysis and measurement activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
- Good knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Hybrid/flexible schedule Location Expectations;
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
