As an Analyst in the Corporate Treasury Middle Office Strategy and Controls team you design implement and manage robust control frameworks that drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance across our global operations. You partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency integrity and efficiency in our processes. You help us meet regulatory requirements respond to audits and continuously improve our operating model. Together we create a culture of accountability innovation and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelors degree in liberal arts quantitative field or relevant experience
- Strong independent analysis and research skills with limited oversight
- Attention to detail to ensure consistency across processes and submissions
- Critical thinking investigative problem-solving and autonomous decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams SharePoint) and willingness to learn Atlassian suite (Confluence JIRA)
- Excellent writing and communication skills for concise messaging to senior management
- Collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and management levels
- Strong time management planning and organizational skills with multitasking ability
- Expertise in organizing complex information and presenting using Lucid and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel
- Adherence to 5 days a week work from the office model with firmwide managerial exceptions
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau
- Understanding of interest rate risk principles funds transfer pricing and regulatory liquidity reports
- Experience supporting regulatory exams and internal audits
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Experience in a global financial services environment
- Ability to synthesize and present complex information to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
