The role involves processing a range of highly specialized operations often requiring research or investigation beyond standard procedures. You will work in a dynamic environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Instruction Management: Follow up on instructions received from clients and ensure accurate and timely processing.
Operational Processing: Handle daily deadlines payments distributions and reconciliations related to corporate actions.
Defect Resolution: Address operational defects promptly with a strong focus on risk and client satisfaction.
Escalation Handling: Act as the first escalation point for operational issues coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Communication: Maintain regular contact with agents depositories trustees and Client Service representatives.
Investigations: Follow up on defaults and complex restructuring cases.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements problem-solving sessions and operational reviews.
Training & Coaching: Support team members by sharing expertise and training on specific processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Good knowledge of banking products services and procedures.
- Previous experience in Euroclear or a back-office banking environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle risky operations and escalate issues appropriately.
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to unpredictable events.
