From landlord and tenant disputes to rights of way boundary issuescommercial lease matters and agricultural disputesyou will gain exposure to a broad range of property litigation work. Your main duties will include:

• Advising and representing clients in property litigation matters
• Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
