Daily activities include:
MARKETING
Create adverts
Advertise rooms and apartments for rent
SALES
Communicate with leads
Schedule showings
Create and sign lease agreements
SERVICING
Arrange move-ins and move-outs
Service customer requests
Manage maintenance and repairs
Manage property and premises
Manage cleaners
PROCUREMENT
Order supplies
Research products and services
Negotiate with Vendors
Arrange delivery and shipments
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Not everyone can be a great Administrator. It takes specific skills and characteristics to be successful so if you want to lead our projects you must have:
- Interest in the real estate business
- Experience handling projects
- Experience analyzing data and preparing business reports
- Experience with spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
