Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire an Inside Collection/Reclamation Associate for a packaging and distribution warehouse located in Dalton!

Qualifications for Inside Collection/Reclamation Associates:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Experience in logistics supply chain or industrial operations.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel Outlook Word).

• Database experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data processing.

• Ability to work with discretion maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Inside Collection/Reclamation Associates:

• Regularly contact returners to coordinate and discuss IBC reclamation activities.

• Review and analyze collection and reclamation reports to identify shortfalls trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Process inbound IBC inventory daily ensuring accurate data entry and tracking in company systems.

• Serve as a liaison between Production and Shipping teams to support seamless scheduling prioritization and operational flow.

• Maintain organized records documentation and logs related to reclamation activities.

• Support continuous improvement by proposing efficiency upgrades process refinements or operational enhancements.

• Assit with general office duties that support the departments objectives.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
