About the Role
As ourLeadGeneration Specialist you will help drive Northlines growth by identifying qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Working in our Service Centre and closely with the Marketing & Communications and Sales teams you will manage inbound and outboundleadactivity keep our CRM up to date and ensure high-qualityleads are handed over smoothly to our sales teams.
Your ability to combine structured processes with a proactive results-driven mindset will be key to building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

Your Duties Include
Identify and qualify potentialleads through approved platforms databases and marketing channels.
Coordinateleadgeneration activities that support marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Maintain accurate records of allleadactivity in CRM and reporting systems.
Communicate professionally with prospects via phone email and digital channels to build engagement and interest
Reviewleadand campaign performance and share insights to improve targeting and conversion.
To Be Considered for This Role
Experience in aleadgeneration sales support or marketing coordination role (logistics or B2B service environment highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence across phone email and digital channels.
High attention to detail strong organisation skills and the ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
Proven self-motivation and a results-driven approach to meeting activity targets and KPIs.
Proficiency with CRM systems andleadgeneration tools and comfortable working with data.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpretleadand campaign data to support continuous improvement
A collaborative team-oriented approach and alignment with Northlines values of safety integrity quality and excellent customer service
