- Work pre-qualified leads and conduct buyer and seller consultations
- Host open houses and private showings for listings in your assigned areas
- Prepare and present comparative market analyses and pricing strategies
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to close
- Leverage our CRM (Lofty) IDX website and integrated tools to track and follow up with leads
- Collaborate with listing coordinators transaction coordinators and our media team to streamline the client experience
- Attend daily role-play weekly training and coaching sessions to sharpen skills
- Represent FAM Realty Group with professionalism confidence and service-first energy in every interaction
- Active California real estate license
- Minimum 3 closed transactions preferred
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated accountable and able to manage time and pipeline effectively
- Tech-comfortable especially with CRM systems Google Suite and mobile tools
- Open to coaching role-play and skill development
- Reliable transportation and the ability to be in the field for showings and appointments
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow personally and professionally
