  • Work pre-qualified leads and conduct buyer and seller consultations
  • Host open houses and private showings for listings in your assigned areas
  • Prepare and present comparative market analyses and pricing strategies
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to close
  • Leverage our CRM (Lofty) IDX website and integrated tools to track and follow up with leads
  • Collaborate with listing coordinators transaction coordinators and our media team to streamline the client experience
  • Attend daily role-play weekly training and coaching sessions to sharpen skills
  • Represent FAM Realty Group with professionalism confidence and service-first energy in every interaction
  • Active California real estate license
  • Minimum 3 closed transactions preferred
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Self-motivated accountable and able to manage time and pipeline effectively
  • Tech-comfortable especially with CRM systems Google Suite and mobile tools
  • Open to coaching role-play and skill development
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to be in the field for showings and appointments
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow personally and professionally
