Job Title: Director of Emergency Services Freestanding EDs (FSED)

Pay Rate From: Up to $130000

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to lead operations across two Freestanding Emergency Departments (FSEDs) in the San Antonio area. T
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN (Required).
Masters degree (Preferred).
Current RN license or Compact license (Required).
BLS ACLS and PALS/ENPC certifications (Required).
3 years experience in Emergency Services (Required).
3 years of leadership experience (Preferred).
Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical and operational functions for two Freestanding Emergency Departments.
Provide direct leadership at the Alamo Heights site and high-level oversight at the second location.
Manage ancillary departments including Imaging Lab Admitting Security and EVS.
Ensure compliance with regulatory safety and hospital standards.
Lead staffing employee engagement coaching and performance improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to support patient flow service quality and operational effectiveness.
Drive patient experience initiatives and maintain high-quality care standards.
Benefits:
Annual performance incentive bonus eligibility (17.5% 26.25%).
Relocation assistance up to $15000.
