Job Summary

Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: Telephone monitor will contact program participants and/or families on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of services being provided by YAP (Youth Advocate Programs) staff and to ensure satisfaction of said services. Phone monitor will provide written documentation of feedback provided by program participants and families.

Hourly Rate: Paid by the call/Rate per call

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail organizational and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
Bilingual- Spanish Speaking is preferred but not required.
