Job Summary
Cordia Resources is seeking a Billing Accounts Receivable Specialist for a project focused on streamlining membership billing processes. The primary goal of this role is to transition all memberships to a single pay date ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

- Manage and process membership billing transactions.
- Oversee the transfer of memberships to a unified billing cycle.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve billing inquiries and ensure member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Experience working with a membership system (required).
- Strong accounts receivable skills including reconciliation and payment processing.
- Proven experience handling membership-related billing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
