Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate private and promotional events.
Manage event logistics timelines and vendor communications.
Support on-site event operations ensuring all elements meet Beloforms quality standards.
Prepare event documentation schedules and client updates.
Coordinate materials equipment and staffing requirements for each event.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure flawless project execution.
Contribute to event improvement initiatives and process efficiency.
